Welcome to APChat (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the APChat application (“App”) and related services. By logging in or using APChat, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

APChat is currently intended for internal use. Access may be provided only to authorized users with credentials issued by the app administrator. In the future, public access may be introduced — these Terms will continue to apply if and when that happens.

You agree to use APChat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any guidelines provided by the administrator.

2. Account Access

Login credentials (email and password) are assigned by the administrator. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activities conducted under their account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@adminpchat.com immediately.

3. Message Storage and Privacy

Messages and related data sent through APChat are stored on our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure. By using the App, you consent to the storage and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use APChat to:

Send spam or repetitive unwanted messages;
Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content;
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of APChat (including software, design, and trademarks) are owned by APChat or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

APChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or data issues arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App or at our official website. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
